The Trinidad and Tobago Rifle Association has extended congratulations to Dave Ramlal, who secured an impressive second-place podium finish in the Optics Senior category at the 2026 IPSC Pan American Handgun Championships.
His achievement marks the first time a Trinidad and Tobago shooter has secured a podium finish at the prestigious regional event.
At the Aruba tournament, Ramlal finished just behind first-place finisher Christopher Nunez of Jamaica, while Rodolfo Manes of Argentina won bronze.
