The Top SEA student at Grant Memorial Presbyterian School, Shavir Sankar, was honoured on Saturday by the Rapid Fire Kidz Foundation for his successes in and out of the classroom.
11-year-old, Shavir Sankar, a common fixture as the helpful “elf” at Rapid Fire Kidz Foundation children’s charity drives, was recognised for his success as the top SEA student at Grant Memorial Presbyterian School.
While congratulating the young scholar, President of the Foundation, Kevin Ratiram, stressed that “every child who made an effort to write the SEA exam was successful,” and that we need to redefine and recognise all forms of progress.
