The ‘Rude Boy’ beverage brand has officially launched its newest flavour, Whisky Apple, marking another milestone in its ongoing partnership with Soca superstar Nailah Blackman.
The flavour made its debut last weekend at Summer Stage: The Festival, giving patrons an early taste before its formal unveiling at a launch event on Thursday evening.
Rude Boy’s Brand Manager for Trinidad and Tobago, Alyssa Branker, described the launch as the culmination of months of planning and anticipation.
“For us, tonight is a combination of something that has been a long time coming. There’s been a lot of work, excitement, planning behind the scenes to bring this product to life, and we’ve been looking forward to the moment where we can finally share this with you.”
Soca star Nailah Blackman, who has served as the face of the Rude Boy brand for some time, continues that partnership with the introduction of Whisky Apple.
Addressing guests at the launch, she said the brand’s identity closely aligns with her own.
“First of all, being part of Rude Boy for this year, 2026, has been nothing short of a dream. When I think Rude Boy, I think unapologetic. I think bold, I think raw, I think real, and that is exactly what this brand new flavour, Whisky Apple, is here tonight.”
The release caps months of work behind the scenes for Rude Boy and marks the latest chapter in its ongoing partnership with one of Trinidad and Tobago’s biggest Soca performers.
