Harris Promenade in San Fernando has been transformed by new artwork honouring cultural legends—Ras Shorty I, Black Stalin, Rikki Jai, and Joshua Regrello.
The $60,000 initiative was a partnership between Caribbean Coatings and the Office of the San Fernando Mayor, Robert Parris, as part of its City Month celebrations.
The CEO of Caribbean Coatings, Michael Dingwell, said the project is a tribute that symbolises identity and pride.
Some of the artwork on display also captures historic San Fernando by acclaimed topographical artist Russell Banfield.
