A 69 year old father of three was gunned down outside his home in Arouca on Monday.
According to a police report, Dennis Affan was fatally shot while in front of his house at 14th Avenue, Bon Air Gardens at about 12:30am. Police said there was a gunshot wound to the neck.
Three spent 9mm shell casings were recovered nearby at the corner of Bon Air Circular and 14th Avenue.
Affan was a retired school maxi driver.
The motive for the killing is not immediately known.
