Sri Lanka Women have claimed the T20 International series against West Indies Women, winning 2-0 after the first match was washed out.
In the third and final match at the National Cricket Stadium in Grenada, the visitors chased down a target of 120 with nine wickets in hand and more than two overs to spare.
Winning the toss and electing to bowl, Sri Lanka restricted West Indies to 119 for 5 from their 20 overs. Chinelle Henry top-scored with an unbeaten 32 off just 15 balls, while Deandra Dottin contributed 28 and Stafanie Taylor 24.
Inoka Ranaweera and Sugandika Kumari claimed two wickets apiece for the visitors.
In reply, Sri Lanka made light work of the chase. Hasini Perera anchored the innings with an unbeaten 52 off 59 balls, supported by captain Chamari Athapaththu, who fell for 32, and Imesha Dulani, who finished not out on 34.
Sri Lanka reached 121 for 1 in just 17.4 overs, sealing the series and handing West Indies Women a comprehensive defeat on home soil.
