Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister with responsibility for Gender and Child Affairs, Ayanna Webster-Roy, shared her strategy for managing her office and her three children. The Minister noted her network is a wide and diverse one which includes her husband, her mother-in-law, constituency staff as well as the technocrats in the Ministry of Gender and Child Affairs.
