Traffic into Port of Spain returned to normal this morning following the completion of temporary road reinstatement works by the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) along the west-bound lane of the Beetham Highway in Sea Lots.
The works were completed at 12:45am today, Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, allowing for a smooth flow of traffic during the morning commute.
WASA has advised that permanent restoration works are scheduled for Wednesday, September 10th, 2025.
The Authority has assured motorists and the travelling public that these upcoming repairs will be conducted in a manner that will not disrupt the regular flow of traffic.
