From making her CARIFTA Games debut at the age of 14 in 2022, Concorde Athletics’ Tenique Vincent has gone on to be a regular member of the Trinidad and Tobago CARIFTA track and field team.
The 18-year-old has gone on to win multiple medals, with her most recent triumph coming at last year’s Games, where she won gold in the Girls’ Heptathlon.
Adrian Lazar caught up with Vincent, who is hoping to defend her title at the 2026 Games in Grenada.
