Tobago Man Pleads Guilty To Ammunition Charge, Fined $30,000

A Tobago man has been fined $30,000 after pleading guilty to possession of ammunition, following a raid and search operation at Doctor Road, Pembroke.

Forty-five-year-old Kenute Kennedy appeared before the Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on Monday, where he was charged with possession of 26 rounds of assorted ammunition.

He pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined, with a period of 24 months to pay, or face five years’ hard labour.
