Tobago has recorded a third murder for 2026.
Twenty-nine-year-old Kurt Bovell of Patience Hill was among a group of men gathered at Flambeau Bar in Patience Hill for a birthday celebration around 10:35pm on Thursday, when a lone gunman approached, firing several shots.
While others scampered for safety, Bovell was found with wounds to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police noted that no motive for the killing has been determined.
