The Tobago Performing Arts Company executed the inaugural FOURCE Festival in Tobago. On Friday, the one- day festival’s Opening Gala was held at the Magadalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort and on Saturday, the Shaw Park Complex was transformed into a hub for artistic expression.
