While Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has returned from Glasgow after his statement at COP26, Minister of Planning and Development, Camille Robinson-Regis, remains at the deliberations, representing T&T’s interests.
Minister Robinson-Regis highlighted the need to keep hope alive at this time in spite of a shortfall in receiving funds that were committed to fighting climate change. But this sentiment accompanies stark challenges, some of which were articulated by former US President, Barack Obama.
COP26 is carded to end on Friday 12th November. Minister Robinson-Regis was interviewed by Sky News Network in the UK.
