TT Senior Men Footballers Begin Training Under Interim Coach Derek King

The newly appointed interim head coach of the Trinidad and Tobago Men’s National Football Team, Derek King, conducted his first official training session on Monday.

The session was held at the Mannie Ramjohn Stadium, just days after he was appointed to the role last Friday.

Among the contingent of locally based players in attendance were National Under-17 standouts Lindell Sween and Adasa Richardson, along with National Under-20 captain Derrel Garcia. Senior players Kathon St Hilaire, Alvin Jones, and Jabari Brice were also part of the session.

The training gave interim head coach Derek King and newly appointed assistant coach Hutson Charles an opportunity to closely assess the group before naming a final squad for the Trinidad and Tobago national football team ahead of their international friendly against the Bolivia national football team on March 15th.
