The Trinidad and Tobago Under-21 Men’s Hockey Team missed out on a spot in the Semi Finals of the 2025 Junior Pan American Games in Paraguay after suffering a 6–1 defeat against Canada on Thursday morning.
T&T were left shell-shocked in the first quarter when they found themselves 2–0 down, courtesy of penalty corner goals from Kirin Robinson and Ross Sawyer. It was more of the same in the second as Canada scored two more, extending their lead to four.
Camron Adamson pulled a goal back for T&T in the third, making it 4–1.
However, Canada proved to be too much for the T&T stickmen, after adding two more to wrap up their 6–1 win.
The result leaves T&T third in Group B with three points.
