T&TEC has launched a brand-new mobile app and customer portal, giving users more control over their electricity accounts.
From May 1st, T&TEC customers can now use the commission’s upgraded mobile app or web portal to pay bills, view usage, and manage their accounts more efficiently.
The app allows users to report outages, track service updates, request new connections, and even file claims for damaged appliances.
Customers will receive real-time alerts and can monitor electricity use through an energy management tool that also tracks carbon emissions.
T&TEC says this new platform replaces its older app and is now available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play and is accessible on any web browser.
