Tunapuna is ready to bring the energy and excitement as it officially launched its 2025 Carnival celebrations on Thursday.
Former member of parliament for Tunapuna, Eddie Hart encouraged those participating in this year’s festivities to masquerade responsibly, as he said the 2024 Carnival celebrations went by incident free.
“We expect the same thing this year, put on your best behaviour continue to show Trinidad and Tobago and those who are coming back home for carnival that we in Tunapuna would enjoy ourselves, without any sort of violence too much violence is in this country.”
The event, held on the Eastern Main Road, showcased performances from past and present artistes like Chris Garcia and Full Blown.
