The South-West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA) has announced the birth of two baby boys on New Year’s Day, marking a joyful start to the year in the South-West region.
In a brief statement, the Authority reported that the first baby, Brandon, was born at 12:10am to Ms. Carla Blackman at the San Fernando General Hospital. The second New Year’s baby arrived at 10am to Ms. Krystal Lewis at the Point Fortin Hospital.
The Minister of Health, Dr. Lackram Bodoe, Minister in the Ministry of Health, Dr. Rishad Seecheran, and Minister of Legal Affairs, Saddam Hosein, paid a visit to Ms. Blackman to extend their congratulations and best wishes.
The SWRHA also extended heartfelt congratulations to both families on the arrival of their newborns.
