The Chairman of TTT Limited is calling for good sense to prevail in the upcoming TUCO governing election.
Chairman of TTT Limited Michael T. Kerr says, as a lover of the culture, he is concerned about the public allegations being thrown back and forth and hopes they will take stock and stop the public allegations.
“As an observer at this point in time, there is some concern. As someone who is a lover of the culture, I would hope that everything is done above board and that everything that has been expressed in the general public would be addressed. And not just addressed by those who are vying for positions, but also with some input from the general public and those who have served in capacity with TUCO for many years. This could be a golden opportunity for them to of course come and lay out some of their concerns and we at TTT feel as though we have a responsibility to bring that across to the general public.”
He is now offering the TTT platform as a stage for public face-offs and debate so full transparency can be given.
“We’re hearing a lot about mismanagement of funds, the fact that many of the Calypsonians are reaching out and saying that they’re not getting the kind of representation they would expect from the Calypso governing body. TTT, of course, is more than willing and ready to facilitate a debate for all Calypsonians who are vying for positions in the upcoming TUCO.”
