The Tri-Divisional Warrant Exercise, conducted on Monday between midnight and 6pm, targeted individuals wanted by the courts as part of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service’s ongoing efforts to improve public safety and bring offenders to justice.
Police say the warrants executed included traffic court, affiliation and committal matters.
Those arrested include 31 men and one woman, aged between 20 and 63, from communities including Siparia, Fyzabad, Penal, Oropouche, Cedros, La Brea, Point Fortin, Rancho Quemado, Guapo and Cap-de-Ville.
The operation involved officers from the South Western Division Court and Process Branch, and investigations are continuing.
