Works Credit Union branches nationwide remained closed on Tuesday as industrial action by employees entered its second day.
In a notice to members posted on social media, the credit union assured members that the Board of Directors and management were actively working to address and resolve the situation quickly.
The credit union apologised for the inconvenience, noting that any updates would be provided through its direct communication channels.
On Monday, all branches of the Works Credit Union were closed as employees embarked on industrial action, disrupting operations at locations in Port of Spain, Arima, San Fernando and Tobago.
The strike follows years of stalled wage talks as workers continue to demand fair compensation.
