Fifteen-year-old Shawn Ramnath emerged victorious in the men’s 36-kilogramme division final at the “Test Your Skills International Boxing Tournament” in St Maarten, marking another milestone in his rising career.
Ramnath captured the championship belt when he delivered an impressive performance to defeat his opponent from Curacao in the final, securing victory and the championship belt.
Already a three-time National Champion, Ramnath has built an impressive résumé, which includes a gold medal and the Best Schoolboy Boxer award at the 2024 Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Boxing Championships in St Lucia.
