Action continued on Monday in the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games in the Dominican Republic for some of Trinidad and Tobago’s athletes.
In the field, Hezekiel Romeo just missed out on a podium finish in the men’s shot put final, placing fourth with a best throw of 18.01.
Also in the final, T&T’s Christopher Crawford finished seventh with an attempt of 17.62.
And with a leap of 13.16 in the women’s triple jump final, T&T’s Keneisha Shelbourne had to settle for fifth position.
