At least one trainer is anticipating the resumption of horseracing at Santa Rosa Park and the return of race fans to the sport’s Arima home.
Horseracing is set to resume on October 23rd behind closed doors with vaccinated race fans expected to return to Santa Rosa Park in time for the ARC’s November 11th race day.
Looking toward next season, Thomas notes that the sport desperately needs more equine athletes to fill the gates come January.
