The children of Chaguanas have a new school in their area.
The Egypt Oasis Government Early Childhood Care and Education Centre was commissioned on Saturday.
Minister in the Ministry of Education, Lisa Morris-Julian, highlights some of the work the Ministry is doing.
She adds the Ministry has a radio programme where the children are taught to sing the national anthem.
The school will take in students from Enterprise, Oasis Village, Dass Trace and other parts of East Chaguanas.
