Members of the Port of Spain City Police staged a demonstration today, showing off their tactical proficiency and readiness to handle criminal activity within the Port of Spain Division at the Mayor’s Quarterly Inspection Parade.
This display was done in a controlled environment, and all participants were members of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
The Port of Spain City Corporation is assuring members of the general public that videos circulating on social media are of a tactical display of the City Police Service’s training, and not of an incident of police engagement.
The City Corporation says this display underscored the training, skills and efficiency of their officers and their readiness to serve the general public.
