The Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago (COTT) said it is preparing for the 2024 Carnival season to ensure its members are properly represented.
At a Media Conference on Tuesday, COTT’s President, Curtis Jordan, said the organisation has created spaces for its members to learn, including several webinars, to ensure they are educated on how distribution is conducted, and how royalties are collected.
Board Member Isaac Blackman said COTT has been hard at work over the last few years in advancing the organisation and ensuring its 4,000-plus members benefit.
The COTT President said they have been taking steps to transform the organisation and make it easier for its members.
