The Jamaica Tallawahs stopped their losing streak with a convincing 59-run win over the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
Batting after winning the toss, the Tallawahs reached 178 for 7 thanks in large part to the lower end of their order. Number 7 Shamar Springer top scored with 38, number eight Fabian Allen finished unbeaten on 33, number 6 Raymon Reifer was third best with 28.
Patriots bowlers Ashmead Nedd and George Linde took two a piece for 25 and 33 respectively.
Yannic Cariah was the only scorer of note for the Patriots his 65 off 40 brought promise after a shaky start but the rest of the batters broke under the pressure.
Mohammed Amir led the demolition effort, taking four for 19, Imad Wasim 3 for 25, Shamar Springer and Chris Green had one a piece for 12 and 23.
The Tallawahs have now won their first match in six. Their last victory was against the Patriots.
