Electronic Monitoring System ‘Working Well’

The National Security Ministry is denying claims that Electronic Monitoring of offenders via ankle bracelets has collapsed.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Minister Fitzgerald Hinds said it is constantly being used by the courts.
