On October 14th, Tobago fisherman Atiba Williams went out to sea with two fishermen.
The two returned without Atiba, claiming that he moved to another area to fish and could not be found. His damaged boat washed ashore at Canoe Bay three days later, with no trace of him.
Members of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team also visited Tobago, but were also unsuccessful in finding him.
