Four women and one man, all with co-morbidities, are the latest COVID-19 patients to succumb to the virus. The five deaths bring the death toll to 1,605.
The Ministry of Health says there are also 153 new Positive Covid-19 cases. The number of active cases now stands at 4,329. There are 274 are patients at hospital.
As the Ministry continues to roll out its vaccination programme, 566,810 persons are now considered fully vaccinated, with 611, 053 receiving one dose of a two-dose regimen.
