Decades ago, Tobagonian Alison “Dusty” Hackett learned various vocational skills at the Public Works Trade School.
After honing these skills in the United States, he returned to Tobago burning with excitement to motivate his community. He has achieved this in many ways, one of which is through welding training for young men that has blossomed into the establishment of Dusty’s Bike Club.
