Madinah house board member and Clinical Psychologist Krista Soraya Ali pointed to resilience among survivors and the role of community support in rebuilding lives and restoring dignity.
Parliamentary Secretary in The Ministry of the People, Social Development and Family Services Senator Dr. Natalie Chaitan-Maharaj also addressed the event and praised the work of Madinah House.
