The students and staff of St Dominic’s RC School in Morvant received a special visitor bearing much-needed supplies.
Minister in the Ministry of Housing Phillip Edward Alexander delivered 15 wall-mounted fans on behalf of Minister of Education Dr Michael Dowlath.
This follows outreach by communication strategist and radio host David Welch, who highlighted the school’s refurbishment requirements.
During the visit, Minister Alexander met with the school’s principal, Nathalie Faria, and the representative of the Catholic Education Board of Management, Stewlyn Jacob, to assess the school’s existing requirements and infrastructure priorities.
The information will be submitted to the Minister of Education for appropriate action.
