New AI Company Targets Business Growth Across The Caribbean

Artificial intelligence is accelerating the growth of micro, small, medium and large enterprises, and one locally based AI company is helping these businesses expand rapidly with the help of AI agents.

With its agentic framework, CEO and co-founder of newly launched Intellico AI Agency Limited, Gregory Fernandez, says the company aims to assist organisations to close existing gaps and improve customer service through the implementation of AI agents.

“These AI agents, they can assist organisations, from top to bottom, all knowledge workers can have AI agents work with them to help them do their work more efficiently.”

He shared how the technology will impact customer service.

“Most organisations they shut off at 4pm, and you can’t get any service beyond that, and then during the day, sometimes, the lines are tied up, you can’t get through, and all of that. AI could help close some of those gaps to increase customer service without having you remove any employees within the organisation.”

According to the tech entrepreneur and software developer, this will reduce costs for companies entering new territories while generating foreign exchange.

“We need to have a Caribbean AI-type of training so that the Caribbean experience and the Caribbean history and everything is reflected, because you can go and ask some of those AI things about the Caribbean, and they don’t have a clue, so we have to start there and then our own experience and laws and policies as a whole need to be embodied in all of that.”

Intellico AI Agency Limited is expanding its offerings throughout the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa.

The company’s software suite will be launched locally on August 26th.
