West Indies medium pacer Ravi Rampaul says as he matured, certain aspects of his game became clearer.
Rampaul says he knew what was required to get himself a role in the Windies ICC T20 World Cup title defence.
Rampaul says with experience his training regimen has improved, making him better prepared for the rigors of the modern game.
Fourteen of 19 of his CPL wickets came in the Power Play, but Rampaul is confident that he can slot into any part of the bowling attack as required.
Rampaul also gave some insight into the mood in the Windies camp.
The men in maroon play Pakistan on Monday in the first of two warm-up matches ahead of the October 23rd start of their tournament programme against England.
