It’s easy to become so caught up in daily life that we forget to take the time to enjoy things outside of the humdrum of set routines. Time out in nature is a go-to for many to get the needed mental reset but for some this is a foreign notion and so, an unfamiliar endeavour.
Nestled in the now protected Matura National Park is the spectacular but ironically named Rio Seco Waterfall. This trail is a beginner’s dream as it takes just 45 minutes with minimal inclines to arrive at the destination that requires little effort but offers big reward.
