Chairman of Sport Company Trinidad and Tobago, Kester Lendor, and interim Chief Executive Officer Arnold Ram have reaffirmed the company’s support for recent Trinidad and Tobago NBA draftee Malique Lewis.
Lewis, who was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in June, met SporTT officials on Tuesday at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua, where he reflected on his journey from playing in T&T to being drafted into the sport’s biggest league.
As part of their support, SporTT will provide Lewis with access to its facilities, which include the Elite Athlete Well-being Gym, along with use of its psychologists, nutritionists and strength and conditioning officers.
