The Trinidad and Tobago Senior Men’s Hockey team continued their Pan American campaign, by claiming victory over Guatemala on day two of the tournament. The winner of the event would see themselves earning qualification for the 2024 Pan American Cup in July.
On day one saw T&T record an impressive two-nil victory over Peru, thanks to a brace from Malvern’s Teague Marcano.
In their day two match, T&T bettered their day one performance with a heavy 9-nil victory over Guatemala earlier today. The victory see T&T maintain top spot in the group, on six points.
The stick men will come up against Paraguay on Day Three of the tournament, on Sunday.
