Two additional deaths in the last 24 hours have pushed the total number of COVID-19 related fatalities in Tobago to 218.
According to the Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection, one of the deceased was fully vaccinated and the other was not.
Nine additional COVID-19 cases were also recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,407.
Thirty five people are currently receiving care at hospital. Among them, one is partially vaccinated, six are fully vaccinated, and 28 are unvaccinated.
