Speaking at the school’s anniversary function, Secretary General of the the Sanatan Dharma Maha Sabha Vijay Maharaj praised the institution’s achievements and reflected on the organisation’s long journey in advancing Hindu education.

The Sanatan Dharma Maha Sabha marked the 25th anniversary of Vishnu Boys’ Hindu College with praise for the school’s academic achievements and commitment to student development.
Speaking at the celebration, Secretary General Vijay Maharaj described the institution as a “place of excellence” and commended both past and present teachers for their dedication over the years.
Maharaj also reflected on the challenges faced by the Sanatan Dharma Maha Sabha in expanding educational opportunities, saying the organisation endured many difficulties while building schools and institutions across the country.
He praised the staff of Vishnu Boys’ Hindu College for maintaining strong academic standards and pledged the Maha Sabha’s continued support.
The Secretary General also highlighted the school’s scholarship successes since 2012, saying the institution has established itself within Trinidad and Tobago’s education system in just 25 years.
He said the Maha Sabha remains committed to expanding educational opportunities for future generations.
The anniversary celebrations brought together students, parents, teachers, alumni and religious leaders to commemorate the school’s contribution to education over the past quarter century.
