Committee Member of the National Advisory Committee on Constitutional Reform, Dr. Terrence Farrell, is urging young people to let their voices be heard.
Speaking at a Youth Forum on Constitutional Reform, Chairman of the Committee, Senior Counsel, Dr. Barendra Sinanan, noted that young voters comprise a significant part of the voting population in Trinidad and Tobago, and they have the ability to change the narrative.
Dr. Farrell stressed how critical it is to have their input for the Constitutional Reform process. He also noted the archaic laws that exists and the need for clearer and pointed legislation.
