Arlene Chow Retires From Heritage Petroleum

Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Petroleum, Arlene Chow, is leaving Heritage Petroleum.

In a media statement on Monday morning, Heritage Petroleum revealed that Ms. Chow will be going into retirement in early June after four years of service at Heritage, and four decades in the energy sector.

Heritage Petroleum said production on fields operated by Heritage grew by 21% over the last four years under her stewardship and the company witnessed a 49% increase in revenue.

Heritage’s Chairman Michael Quamina said Ms. Chow was instrumental to continuing the turnaround at the company and has played a major role in shaping its plans for integrity upgrade and decommissioning of aging infrastructure.

A new CEO has already been identified and is expected to be announced at a later date.
