For one 39 year old year old self employed man, the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic finally took its toll when he mentally broke in June 2021.
He anonymously shared his story with TTT News, with the hope that someone who is challenged at the moment, will hear and be encouraged to seek help and take care of themselves.
