As Credit Union Month activities continue, the COPOS Credit Union held an Outreach Programme to share information about physical and mental health services through different organisations at the Bishop Anstey High School in Port of Spain today.
Captain of the Port Employees Credit Union (PECU) team, Thuroin Garcia, said his team saw the event fitting to share the benefits of taking care of one’s health through exercise.
One member of COPOS for 39 years said she was elated to be a part of the Health Fair initiative as she was able to gain some valuable insight from the various booths.
