Heritage Petroleum Leadership Tours Forest Reserve Field, Engages Employees On Production Goals

As part of its ongoing Leadership Engagement visits, Heritage Petroleum Company Limited Chairman Kurt Ramlal and Director Khalid Hassanali recently met with the Land Business Unit and Midstream Business Units during a visit to the company’s Forest Reserve Field and Bernstein Tank Farm.

The visit allowed leadership to engage employees, observe field activities and receive updates on initiatives to improve operational performance and increase production. At the FR 1827 well site, the delegation observed a workover operation aimed at enhancing production from the well.

The team also toured the Bernstein Tank Farm at Field Road, Santa Flora, where Operations and Maintenance Manager Balliram Bachan briefed them on the facility’s operations and its role in supporting Heritage’s production activities.

Chairman Ramlal commended employees and contractors, emphasising that direct engagement with field teams is vital to understanding their challenges and supporting safe and efficient execution.

The delegation included Shyam Dyal, HSE Leader and Human Resource Leader (Ag.); Anil Singh, Land Business Unit Leader (Ag.); Reyos Seeberan, Midstream Business Unit Leader (Ag.); Dale Persad, Drilling and Workover Leader (Ag.), and other company representatives.
