UWI – St. Augustine Campus Principal Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine is a practical woman. Rather than a vision for the campus, the Principal outlined general principles she is guided by and how those influence her approach to management as the tertiary institution navigates its way towards being consistently relevant, more entrepreneurial in focus, and responsible in outlook.
