Trinidad and Tobago National Cyclist Nicholas Paul enjoyed another successful tournament winning silver in the Men’s Individual Sprint at UCI Track World Cup in Nalil Malaysia, on the third and final day.
Paul began the day on a positive note, with an impressive second place finish in the qualifiers in 9.964 seconds.
In the final Paul went toe-to-toe against five time Olympic Gold medalist, Harrie Lavreysen but narrowly missed out on a gold medal finish.
That result sees Paul finish the games with a sprint silver, Keirin Bronze and a fourth place finish in the men’s team sprint event.
