Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is apologising for delays in school construction, but says it was due to construction being stopped in 2020 and part of 2021 to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Speaking at the commissioning of the San Juan Government Primary School, he acknowledged that there were delays in completing this school, as well as many others.
