From representing Trinidad and Tobago in karate at the 2026 Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games to serving his country as a police officer, Corporal Shiva Sookdeo continues to support members of the public in another way.
Corporal Sookdeo, in collaboration with the RISE Foundation, hosted a free one-day Women’s Self-Defence Workshop, giving women the skills and techniques needed to protect themselves in dangerous scenarios.
